Shipping

Free shipping on all US orders.

How long it takes: every necklace is made to order with your photo. It’s made and shipped within about 5 business days, and most orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks in total. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Christmas delivery: order by December 5 for the best chance of arriving before Christmas.

Lost or late packages: if your tracking shows no delivery within 30 days of shipping, email us at glimpsette@gmail.com and we’ll remake and resend your necklace for free.

Packaging: your necklace arrives in a gift pouch, ready to give.
